About Gleis 70
Gleis 70 is a cooperatively managed commercial and atelier building in Zurich-Altstetten. It houses over a hundred workshops, service businesses, and art studios.

This is the KampaSpace – an open office with about 20 desks, and roughly as many plants. We get light from three sides. Except when it gets too hot in summer – then we draw the curtains. The vibe here is relaxed: some people have lunch together, others do their own thing. And everyone pitches in now and then – dishes, recycling. No annoying house rules, but not entirely without them either. You can book the meeting room online whenever you like – equipped for online and hybrid meetings. And if you need something bigger, for a workshop or a board meeting, there's a larger room for rent on the 6th floor. An apéro in the office is no problem either, just give us a quick heads-up. By public transport
From Zurich Main Station take SBB towards Altstetten (S5, S6, S11, S12, S15, S21) or Tram 4 (direction Altstetten Bahnhof) or Tram 13 (direction Frankenthal). From Zurich-Altstetten station it's a 7-minute walk along Hermetschloostrasse — Gleis 70 is on the left.
By car
We don't have our own parking. The nearest parking garages are Parkhaus Altstetten Nord (2 min) and Parkhaus Letzigraben (5 min). We recommend public transport.

Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 for members and guests. Outside these hours entry by badge.

A fixed desk in the KampaSpace is CHF 270 per month, all-inclusive (WiFi, printer, coffee, meeting-room access subject to availability). Day passes and monthly passes without a long-term contract are available on request — Andi will give you the current rates directly.

About 20 desks across roughly 120 m² on the 2nd floor of Gleis 70. Natural light from three sides, shared kitchen and lounge.

Yes — flexible use without a long-term commitment is possible. Drop Andi a message and you'll get the current day-pass and month-to-month conditions.
Is KampaSpace worth it for a solo business?
Yes — a fixed desk from CHF 270/month is fully tax-deductible as a business expense. You get a proper invoice, a business address on site (NAP-defend), and a network from the Kampagnenforum, Campax and Nowtec Solutions teams that share the building.
Can I book the meeting room online?
Yes — the meeting room is equipped for online and hybrid meetings and can be booked online by members and guests. For larger workshops or board meetings there's an additional room for rent on the 6th floor.
